It's the 1st of the month!!! How did the April challenge go for everyone? I wasn't as consistent as I would've liked but I still lost 1/2 inch in my waist and bust so I'm happy about that!
Shay White: -Jones as long as you got the work done! 5-6 workouts a week is great and don't stress over seeing results. If you keep this up, they will def start to show even more. I'm ready to turn it up his month as well!

Today I did the Hip Hop Anatomy replay for cardio and it wore me out! I loved the energy of the class.

I just want to commend Chonta for always being consistent and pulling up for us even she isn't feeling her best. I appreciate you and hope you feel better!

For Day 3 I tried the cardio routine given to us and whew!!! All I can say is I had to modify the speeds to keep up. I def needed the push and I'm ready for a productive Sunday π. What kind of workout are you all doing today?

Hey Everyone! I just joined today and I'm so excited to be a part of this community. I've been struggling with my fitness goals since the pandemic started as I lose weight and then gain it right back but I'm optimistic that this group will help with accountability.
