Day 31 and challenge #2 done! Had a busy day but fit in time for a long walk with my mom and sister. I’ll catchup on Brodney’s workout & weight training tomorrow.
Appreciated Chonta’s very practical, concrete tips on how to actively practice positive thinking. Focusing this week on attacking negative thoughts as soon as they arise 💪🏾

Michel Thompson : Looks good. I'm never had grits but I eat oatmeal. I make my oatmeal with a thicker texture. I can't eat runny oatmeal.
