Egypt Taylor was born and raised in Birmingham Alabama. Being the youngest of 3 talented women, Egypt was heavily involved in sports and outdoors. Growing up she was highly skilled in softball and cheerleading . After 4 years of cheering on The Southern Universities large coed cheer squad she hung up her uniform and continued her journey as a gymnastics flexibility and strength coach which lead her to step out and help others recovery from injuries, relieve pain ,increase mobility and achieve higher levels of flexibility.
