One thing I'm focusing more on is eating whole foods plant based. I lost 6lbs in two weeks in the 14 Day X28 Challenge & I'm going to continue doing this. I wasn't always eating fresh foods in the past because I got hooked on packaged vegan foods - which worked against everything I was trying to do. One thing is certain, you can't out run a good diet.

#VeganCheese - Potatoes, Carrots, Garlic, Cashews, lemon juice
#VeganRancg - Cashews, Soy Milk, Garlic, Onion, Lemon Juice, Sea Salt, Pepper, Parsley & Dill
