🥰💪🏽🏃🏽‍♀️Happy Monday! Workout is done and I'm off to work. Breakfast for me is never "normal" cuz I eat greens before I eat anything else - it's either that or a smoothie. I find I have less cravings when I eat an adequate amount of raw greens.
Michel Thompson : Looks good. Maybe I need to try that. I had egg whites with turkey bacon on a wrap and I was still hungry after I ate it.😭

If you like Peanut butter but trying to cut down on fat, PB2 is delicious! All you do is add water & go! I make smoothies and Peanut Thai sauce with this.

One thing I'm focusing more on is eating whole foods plant based. I lost 6lbs in two weeks in the 14 Day X28 Challenge & I'm going to continue doing this. I wasn't always eating fresh foods in the past because I got hooked on packaged vegan foods - which worked against everything I was trying to do. One thing is certain, you can't out run a good diet.
