Teddy Robinson-Jones: I’m pretty sure I’m an endo/ectomorph. Hoping to get back to that place of being able to incorporate any activity at any time!
Toya Warren: I am Endo. I retain carbs easily and struggle with my weight. In the past being really active with cardio is where I’ve seen the most transformation.

What’s the difference???
Phyllis Martin: I think they are all similar but you can lose weight by simply reducing calories but you might also lose muscle. Fat loss is determined by type of foods consumed and exercise and you don’t lose muscle.
