Todays workoutā¦ warmup: 1000 meters on row machine and 10 sprints on the treadmill (30 sec on, 30 sec off)
Then the posted workout from Monday. I got through 3 rounds. I probably could have done 4 but them 100 reps got to me š©
Cooldown: 10 minutes on the bike
Did anyone else do the workout ? How many rounds did you do in 30 minutes ?

Tev aināt play with us this morning! Whewwwwā¦ it was mainly HIITT today. I reevaluated my whole fitness life a few times lol. (Iām kidding) I love having killer workouts.

Trampoline fitness will be my first workout since Thursday. My trainer canceled Friday and I wasnāt feeling well this weekend. Letās get it!!

Oh how I wish the treadmill wasnāt so boring š© but itās convenient when Iām on a time crunch and no time to travel to the park. Plus it looked it it was going to rainā¦ anyways 2 miles done. I did upper body with my trainer this morning. Question how do yāall get through your cardio sessions? Do you listen to fast rap music, slow music or podcasts/audiobooks? Today I did something different and listened to a podcast. I actually liked it.
