Early morning is the best time to get it in for me especially before my to do list takes over my day.

Yes to muscle retention and 36 weeks pregnant tomorrow! I’ll get cardio in at the mall fast walking/waddling later😂😂

Day 9 workout was completed! My mobility is one thing I refuse to stop me during this pregnancy.

I rolled out of bed on Saturday morning and knocked it out before starting my tasks for the day. I noticed a boost in energy which was much appreciated ☺️

Lunch meal prep for the week consists of mojito lime chicken thigh w/ white rice and broccoli. Tapping in to glute camp tonight at 7:30 for my workout. I need an onion booty by tomorrow! 🤪 Lol

I surprised myself and did modified burpees! It’s amazing what you can test your body to accomplish. I’m going to get this cardio in and finish my workout. 🏃🏾‍♀️

I need to meal prep for the week. Weekends are really my downfall when it comes to eating 🤦🏾‍♀️. I ate at the Melting Pot and I have no regrets lol.

What tips or tricks do y’all have for when you’re eating away from home? I try to make sure my plate is colorful and stick to water………..but I had a virgin Mojito today 👀👀.
Kaitlyn Cox: Heyyyy Baby Ram!!! My downfall is the weekend too, bc the day isn’t as structured as the weekdays I believe so I’m not thinking about eating. When it comes to eating out I try to go to places I know, so that it’s easier to pick from the menu.
Ronique Taylor: Eat before you leave or take you a “healthy snack” for the road. Or just have a meal replacement shake when your out you can bring it from home or stop at Smoothie King ( or your local smoothie spot)
Keitha Binns-: I struggle nights, I do the graveyard shift with all men(who snack all night😫). So I have decided to intermittent fast during the night. 5pm to 10am. 🙏🏽 for me🙄

Day 1 Workout Complete ✅

I’m super proud of this body of mine! My overall goal is to remain active and prep for labor. I did modify, especially on the ab exercises. The key thing is to acknowledge where I’m at in my fitness journey/pregnancy and move accordingly.

Very excited for this April challenge! ☺️
