Morning ladies! I’m still feeling the burn from glute camp last night! It was soooo good. I’m actually gonna do the replay tonight for my workout. We were talking in the chat after class and we said we would love to plan a meet up at the Loft some time this year for us virtual people. I think that would be fun. Like a wellness/glute camp weekend. What y’all think? Halani if you see this let us know what you think

Hey everyone! Happy Friday! Just did my progress tracker and I lost two pounds since last week. Owwwww. Just finished my morning workout. It’s a beautiful day in nyc today so I’m gonna go enjoy this weather! Have a great weekend ladies!! Stay motivated!! The weekends like to trick us into bad habits lol.

Heyyy can anyone give me some healthy snacks to eat on the go? I’m so busy that while I’m out I sometimes have to break my diet and grab some fries or chips or something that I really don’t want to eat. What do you guys eat on the go? I’m trying to stay away from starch.
