I’ve been slacking on my work outs this week, my eating habits have improved since I did meal prep Sunday. But I’m taking it one day at a time.

I’m not perfect.
I’m worth it.
I’m going to make it.

Camille Shabazz: I did! I made salmon, red potatoes, asparagus, ground turkey, rice, black beans, bell peppers and onions. Did you meal prep?

Takara Thomas: Yess I made rice , grilled shrimp ,green beans , grilled peppers and black beans.

Oh yeah I ate a salad for the first time in a while today. It was so good and I felt so good after.
