Good Morning! I started off the day with just 30 minutes of Cardio! I feel good this morning. Thanks for all the post I am staying inspired to keep this up!
I have completed Days 1&2 with a 30 minutes of cardio on my bike (stationary) on Day 2. I didnโt take any pictures on Day 1, but I did weigh in. This challenge is more so to prove to me I can actually complete something all the way through lol.
