Todays workout… warmup: 1000 meters on row machine and 10 sprints on the treadmill (30 sec on, 30 sec off)
Then the posted workout from Monday. I got through 3 rounds. I probably could have done 4 but them 100 reps got to me 😩
Cooldown: 10 minutes on the bike

Did anyone else do the workout ? How many rounds did you do in 30 minutes ?

Tev ain’t play with us this morning! Whewwww… it was mainly HIITT today. I reevaluated my whole fitness life a few times lol. (I’m kidding) I love having killer workouts.

Hey NV gang! Going back raw vegan this week. This is my salad with spinach, artichokes, olives, sprouts and Brussels.
Trampoline fitness will be my first workout since Thursday. My trainer canceled Friday and I wasn’t feeling well this weekend. Let’s get it!!

Oh how I wish the treadmill wasn’t so boring 😩 but it’s convenient when I’m on a time crunch and no time to travel to the park. Plus it looked it it was going to rain… anyways 2 miles done. I did upper body with my trainer this morning. Question how do y’all get through your cardio sessions? Do you listen to fast rap music, slow music or podcasts/audiobooks? Today I did something different and listened to a podcast. I actually liked it.

Happy Tuesday! I took a much needed 2 days rest Sunday and Monday but I’m back to my BS this week 🤪… completed my workout with my trainer this morning. I’m going to push to do more cardio this week.

How’s everyone doing this week on the first day of March ? Can you believe how much time is flying ?

GM… 6AM workout complete…I have to tell myself before a hard exercise, “You got this Toya! Kill it.!” It helps a lot.
