Good Afternoon Folks! I did Halani’s workout for today as well as my own. Let’s just say I’m feeling good but tired. I still have to do my Ab challenge for the day😩! BUT I did one earlier with my own workout. I have a trip coming up this summer and I Wanna “Be Ready” Have a great day!
Good Morning Everyone!! I’m a bit of a newbie in the community. I’ve been working out for about 10yrs now but this past summer through the beginning of fall I was sick and now slowly coming back.
I personally have some serious fitness goals for myself, but together we are all going to win!! Have a great week!!
