Michel Thompson : Looks good. I'm never had grits but I eat oatmeal. I make my oatmeal with a thicker texture. I can't eat runny oatmeal.

Alright New Month New Goals! I'm going for the carb depletion plan. If I'm being honest I'm under Drs care so my workouts will be limited to walking and yoga. I have a few herniated disc. Nevertheless I still plan on killin this Month because my Bday is 5/25..Yall know how we do it!!ππ€©π―. Let's get it!!!
