Whew! So my car broke down Tuesday, and I’ve been carless for the past few days and Lyft just loves to scam people 😒 but it hasn’t stopped me from working out this week! Just finished working out with my trainer today and going to his spin class. Tomorrow is Body Shock and Glute Camp 😌💪🏽

Burned almost 2,000 calories today working out this morning and Get Down Stay Down. My muscles are sore but I’m ready for tomorrow ☺️☺️☺️

Officially finished my first year of med school today, and how do I feel you ask? Exhausted 😁! ( it sounds way more sarcastic in person) lol but I’m grateful to be done with exams for a little while until the summer anyway 🥴. Regardless, I made sure to worked out Tuesday and Wednesday. Not as much work, but definitely more reps and heavier weights when it came to barbell squats and deadlifts. Ready to put in more work tomorrow and have fun with Get Down Stay Down 😈

Glute camp!!! This week I have been slacking and gained back some of the weight I loss due to sinusitis and studying for two finals, but next week shall be better since I have only one more final to go and I’m feeling 2x better. I’m just scared for what Brodney and Halani have for us 🥲

Hey y’all! So I started off the May challenge with Super Saturday and I’ve been sore every since 🥲. LOL but yesterday and today were my days off especially because I have two exams this week and my big final is next Wednesday so I’ll try to be consistent on here as much as I can. I hope you’re all doing well in this challenge so far and I can’t wait to see the amazing progress that follows 😁

Hey y’all! I can’t believe today is the last day 😩. I’ve made a lot of progress since day 1 and lost a little over 6 lbs (gained some back yesterday when I went to visit my mom 👀👀👀 Lol). Today was definitely a slower day since it’s Monday, but I can definitely see my muscles getting more toned and I love it! I’m excited to keep going with the next challenge and for Saturday’s event 😁 (btw, how do we sign up for Saturday’s event? 😳)

Hey y’all! So I didn’t go to the beltline, but I walked on a beltline-like path today with my roommate’s dogs (and I’m never bringing them again lol). I saved today as a rest day/review day for my big exams coming up. Wish me luck!
Bianca Eze: This walk was supposed to be 5 miles in 1.5 hours. I couldn’t even get to that cause they were either stopping every second or barking at other dogs. Like LAWD! 😩😩😩

Glute camp DEFINITELY hit different today, lol but it was one for the books as usual (and yes, Brodney made sure we’d feel every bit of the workout 😒 lol). I wanted to stay for Trap Fit, but today was more of a study day. Tomorrow hopefully I’ll be on the beltline if it doesn’t rain and then study 😌
