Team.. . How do you guys get in the 5 meals a day. There are days I cant even get in the 2/3. Last month I turned the snacks into smoothies. Any suggestions, whats helping you guys??
Halani Lobdell: Shae Marks sometimes you have to build up to getting 5-6 meals a day in. Keep your portions small & you will find yourself needing to eat your meals.
Frances Hunt: I can’t allow myself to eat too much in one meal in order to make it work. It’s a lot of work for me and I def struggle bc I am lazy and won’t get up to eat so I sometimes even set an alarm
Chanelle Chatman: Frances Hunt good idea because i struggle with this too! i'm just thankful i've got out of that "one big meal a day" college mindset. took about a year but here i am 😂 3 working on 4 meals a day
