Day 6! Kept my promise to myself, watched two episodes of NightStalker and slowlyyyy did some workouts that were very low on the intensity scale. Winded the hell outta me so i listened to my body and stopped while I was ahead. Feeling like I'm on the tail end of this thing, definitely been drinking my weight in water π

Day 5, thank you everyone for all the well wishes yesterday. Definitely not how I expected to start my challenge off but today was another rest day. Thought I'd make it to a few minutes of exercise today but I haven't been able to eat anything so decided to just take another rest day. Tomorrow regardless I'm going to try to sweat some of this out, even if I only make it 10 minutes in at least I will have kept my promise to myself. Hope everyone had a fun and SAFE cinco de mayo. Hey ya'll Day 4 has been rough. I woke up with no voice, sore throat & mild cough. Mom thinks it's because I fell asleep with wet hair & the AC & fan on or "the weather"...typical mom stuff π so today was an unexpected rest day. with tons of tea, soup & liquids im hoping this will pass as a 24 hour bug since im already fully vaccinated. hope everyone had a great day!

Day 1 went to the event at the gym today with Bianca Eze ! We did a majority of the classes & ended up burning around 2000 cals πͺπΎπͺπΎ great start to the challenge. what's something some of the OG's are doin to up the challenge from last month?
