Officially finished my first year of med school today, and how do I feel you ask? Exhausted 😁! ( it sounds way more sarcastic in person) lol but I’m grateful to be done with exams for a little while until the summer anyway 🥴. Regardless, I made sure to worked out Tuesday and Wednesday. Not as much work, but definitely more reps and heavier weights when it came to barbell squats and deadlifts. Ready to put in more work tomorrow and have fun with Get Down Stay Down 😈

Hey y’all! I can’t believe today is the last day 😩. I’ve made a lot of progress since day 1 and lost a little over 6 lbs (gained some back yesterday when I went to visit my mom 👀👀👀 Lol). Today was definitely a slower day since it’s Monday, but I can definitely see my muscles getting more toned and I love it! I’m excited to keep going with the next challenge and for Saturday’s event 😁 (btw, how do we sign up for Saturday’s event? 😳)

Hey y’all! So I didn’t go to the beltline, but I walked on a beltline-like path today with my roommate’s dogs (and I’m never bringing them again lol). I saved today as a rest day/review day for my big exams coming up. Wish me luck!

Glute camp DEFINITELY hit different today, lol but it was one for the books as usual (and yes, Brodney made sure we’d feel every bit of the workout 😒 lol). I wanted to stay for Trap Fit, but today was more of a study day. Tomorrow hopefully I’ll be on the beltline if it doesn’t rain and then study 😌

Hey everybody! I hope y’all are having a great and highly favored day. Yesterday was definitely a cardio-filled day with my trainer and with Get Down Stay Down. Today was more full body focused with the addition of spin class, and tomorrow is focused on Body Shock, Glute Camp and studying 😌. Unfortunately, it’s bloating season for me 😞, so I’m waiting til Monday to post my progress pics and weight, but I’m excited to see the progress that’s been made during this challenge. Hopefully I can end it off with a hike up Stone or Kenessaw Mtn. 😌💪🏽💕

Morning y’all! Yesterday was super busy, but I was able to burn off about 2000 calories and hit my 10,000 step goal 😌. Ending the week off with Body Shock & Glute Camp tomorrow 💪🏽

Hey y’all! So after my exam, I went straight to my chiropractor, then Chipotle (somewhat respectfully 😏) and then straight to the Lofts for Get Down Stay Down (and I met Toya! 😁). I kid you not when I tell you I burned all the calories I ate today, and more, just from that one class. A first. 🙂 (excuse my lazy eye. I was sweating lol 🤷🏽‍♀️)
