Good Morning Team! I had an amazing start to my week very busy but nonetheless I found the time to finally post. I'm extremely proud of myself and definitely very sore every where I turn.

Day: 1 I completed the Glute Camp Workout prerecorded livestream (still sore lol)
Day: 2 I completed the Barre Workout w/Halani and completed a 30 min. Cardio
(Boy did I underestimate this workout, that mirror was literally kicking my butt lol)

I definitely have been following the meal plan as well with some healthy substitutes fruits and grains but I'm super excited and ready to see these Results in the next 28 days!!!! We got this y'all!
