Happy Friday super late post but better later than never right?!

Day: 5 Complete!!!
I managed to complete ab day with 1 hour and 15 min ab cardio and toning YouTube videos and starting to see that progress, the inches dropping baby, Love it!!
I have to get better at posting and tracking my progress more including meals but taking it one day at time.

Don't mind my pose y'all I was singing and dancing towards the end of my workout per usual lol

Happy Wednesday everyone!! Week 2 going strong

Day 9 went to the gym and did the glute camp workout video recording
Day 10 Completed Halani's cardio video alongside going to the gym great combo!
And have been doing great with the meal planning as well!

Day :3 Hey y'all I have to admit the devil tried it this morning lol. I had a rough start to my morning woke up later then expected and had a migraine but pushed through and completed the pre-recorded video Glute camp workout. It was Killller hence the middle picture ya girl was tired tired after lol but my clothes is already loosening up!

These pants used to fit a little more now look at them. And it's only DAY 3, can't wait for the finale!

Good Morning Team! I had an amazing start to my week very busy but nonetheless I found the time to finally post. I'm extremely proud of myself and definitely very sore every where I turn.

Day: 1 I completed the Glute Camp Workout prerecorded livestream (still sore lol)
Day: 2 I completed the Barre Workout w/Halani and completed a 30 min. Cardio
(Boy did I underestimate this workout, that mirror was literally kicking my butt lol)

I definitely have been following the meal plan as well with some healthy substitutes fruits and grains but I'm super excited and ready to see these Results in the next 28 days!!!! We got this y'all!
