Whew, todayโ€™s work out was a lil struggle, had to take a lot of breaks in between because Iโ€™m so out of shape, but I finished till the end ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ And Iโ€™m proud of myself ๐Ÿ’ฏ #Day6 workout complete โœ”๏ธ

Good morning community... Day #3 ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ These are some of my favorite supplements, teas, and seasonings I like to add to my tea..... I add two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, and couple sprinkles of both Turmeric and Cayenne pepper to my tea every morning!!!! Now Iโ€™m headed outside for a 30 min cardio workout.
