I tried my wedding dress on for the first time since before the first challenge. I needed to lose 1 dress size. Today we got all the hooks snapped and thereโ€™s no more bunching at the waistline ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ Mission for challenge #3 is lose like 10 more pounds so I can be comfy & confident in it.

I missed Monday but was on it today. Was on a water fast at the end of last week so I couldnโ€™t do my intense workouts. Iโ€™m juicing right now and the amount of energy I have is insane. Knocked out 4 workouts today ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ.

Good morning community... Day #3 ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ These are some of my favorite supplements, teas, and seasonings I like to add to my tea..... I add two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, and couple sprinkles of both Turmeric and Cayenne pepper to my tea every morning!!!! Now Iโ€™m headed outside for a 30 min cardio workout. Have a great day all....
