I tried my wedding dress on for the first time since before the first challenge. I needed to lose 1 dress size. Today we got all the hooks snapped and thereโs no more bunching at the waistline ๐๐พ๐๐พ๐๐พ Mission for challenge #3 is lose like 10 more pounds so I can be comfy & confident in it.

I missed Monday but was on it today. Was on a water fast at the end of last week so I couldnโt do my intense workouts. Iโm juicing right now and the amount of energy I have is insane. Knocked out 4 workouts today ๐ช๐พ๐ช๐พ๐ช๐พ.

Day #3 Complete. I needed this challenge. The getting back on track when you have fallen off is the hardest for me!

Good morning community... Day #3 ๐ช๐พ๐ช๐พ These are some of my favorite supplements, teas, and seasonings I like to add to my tea..... I add two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, and couple sprinkles of both Turmeric and Cayenne pepper to my tea every morning!!!! Now Iโm headed outside for a 30 min cardio workout.
