1st Cardio of the week is done...3 scoops of protein and 2 spoons of peanut butter powder is what Iβm having for post workout and while I cook my lunch. I drink the protein water while Iβm working out.
Shamika Johnson: To meet my macros and because I strength train twice a day. Protein is for recovery and building muscles.
