Whats suggestions can you make for staying motivated waking up early? Where I live its freezing and dark in the morning sometimes hard to get out of bed.
Donna Corley: It def makes me feel like I need to stay DEEP under the covers! Just remind yourself how great of a day you’ll have getting that workout in before the kids are even awake. I physically and mentally have much better days when I get it done!
Toi Johnson : For me it's having a ritual. What time you go to bed and how you go to bed determines how you will wake up. Before I go to bed I am drinking a warm libation. My oil diffuser and pink himalayan salt lamp is on, so that helps with light. I do a 10 min breath and meditation before I go to bed at 10pm. Your morning routine determines you day. I wake up at 530am for my morning ritual which 30 mins then rolling into my 6am meditation, 7am yoga and 8am workout. Hope this help and I live in the windy city.

I got sent a podcast of Halani and I instantly knew I needed to follow her, as soon as her live popped up this morning I tapped in, this woman is just so motivating and I felt like I needed this little push, someone I look up to as a role model. I am excited to start this journey with you all.
