Class was so amazing. I didn't know I could burn that many calories in a boot camp working the booty. Much love and I enjoy it.

Hope all is well on this Selfcare Sunday. I just finished 55 mins of dumbbell leg pyramid set that I was suppose to complete on Thursday. Iam so proud of myself, because I am maintaining my daily schedule of 6am Meditation, 7am Yoga and 8am HIIT+ Glutes + Core. Stay focus, eat right and practice self care. Asรจ! ๐๐

Class was definitely good. I could only do 20 mins. Considering I just finished 50 mins of HIIT+ Glutes and Core, plus yoga and meditation. Hope you all ate keeping up on your health and wellness journey.
