Today has been rest day for me.. These fit challenges have been so good. I feel so much stronger and tighter in legs and arms. Fatty flab is tightening up.😀😀

If you have good weather. Go out and enjoy it. I find when I get off a good walk/job is great stress reliever. Another 2.5 miles in the books

So.. Halani Lobdell posted a stairmaster workout on her IG few week ago and I just tried it. Let's just say the stairmaster won. However, that pushed my mindset to set a new goal for myself. First to be able to finish one round without dying and then do the full workout of two rounds... Girl got goals..
