My 5am class had some technical issues so I missed that.
Tonight I did RnB Resistance, feeling all of it, esp burnout planks!

Happy Monday! Day 28!!!
Realized I did not post yesterday. Had an extremely low energy day, didnt even get my meal prep done (Ill handle today).
I did do some bedtime yoga which was great, allowed me to rest well.
Ready for Chontas talk and Brodneys workout!

Is anyone able to watch Monday with Chonta? Its not falling under past and I think thats why it wont play for me.

Realized 1/2 way thru my workout I had it on HIIT and I was doing chest and Bi-ceps so my numbers are low.
I hope I can double up today, I havent been able to so far this week.

Day 22-5am✔️ I realized Im good on Mountain Climbers and Plank Jacks…they are for the birds😂
I was drenched in sweat, eyes burning at one point, def not a pretty workout.
I will listen to Mrs Chonta on my drive home today.
