Just finished listening to Chonta’s motivation!!!! I really am motivated and loving the energy of this community.
My 30 day goals are:
-to loose two inches on my lower fupa!
-drinking a gallon of water daily
-sleeping at least eight hours at night four times out of the week. I’m a night 🦉 but understanding it can be counterproductive to my fitness journey
-to master meal prepping lunch for the work week

I’m super excited about the fit challenge!!! I have stayed active for a year now and have seen some results, but feel stagnant right now to get the definition. This challenge is a great pick me up to have the community. I already know y’all support will be key! But I know we got this!!! 💪🏾
Frances Hunt: I hear you! I’ve been self motivated for about 3 months. I’ve been motivating others but can now use the help to keep me Motivated.
