3miles of cardio today!! Pushing myself I was at 2! Leg day done ✔️ and I forgot to post my workout yesterday 🙃 but it’s done!!! Day 10 of 30!! Keep going it gets easier!!! Also I will update pictures tmrw I’ve been so busy working 10hr shifts 😫
