Day 3 complete!!
Motivation monday with Chonta was what I needed to start the week off. Am I self sabotaging myself??? Never really thought about that, but I know I have some thinking to do.
I also started the x28 challenge today because I wanted to switch things up and I am loving it!!

Really busy Saturday but I was able to get my workout in. Even though I was part of Aprilโ€™s challenge it was my first time doing glute camp today and I love it!!! Taking my setbacks from April and turning them into successes this month ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ

Woke up late and felt like I was rushing the whole day but grateful I was able to listen to Chonta this morning and workout. I decided to challenge myself and complete Brodneyโ€™s workout, I was able to complete two rounds for each circuit. Not my best but I know I have made progress ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ

The week started off great for me I was able to do 4 days of cardio workouts but now I have been sick for the past two days. I determined to get better by tomorrow to start next week strong, not giving up!!! Everyone have an great weekend!!!
