Good morning! Day 26 workout done. Breakfast was a spinach omelet with mushrooms and onions and lunch will be chicken breast, quinoa and steamed broccoli.

Good morning. Today’s workout done. I never post my meals but breakfast was scrambled eggs with sautéed mushrooms and onions and 1/4 avocado. I prepped lunch for three days, baked chicken breast, quinoa and steamed broccoli. Dinner is usually a salad.
