Hi everyone! Day 17 workout was X28 Intermediate Challenge and upper body shoulder workout. The six small meals have proven to be a lot. I feel like I’m eating all the time but nevertheless I’m sticking to it. I’ve replaced breakfast with a protein shake and that seems to help.
