Happy Saturday everyoneeeeeeeee it has been a while since I’ve posted in here!! Butttt that don’t mean I have been doing nothing, everyday I’ve been doing 3x 20 min mini workouts between working at home building my business & train my own clients and my live workout >> I have def not been consistent with my diet even tho I already eat low carb meals I still sometimes add a little snack in here and there 😩😩 if you have Instagram follow me I update my “fit life” more often there tomorrow I’m doing a live workout on my IG LIVE with speciallllll guesttttt trainers 🎉🎉 🍑 💪🏽 workout >> today is my test day tomorrow back at it AGAIN
