Morning all. Finally back home after being away for 10 days. As expected I’m up 4lbs and it seems to ALL be in my belly 😩🤦🏽‍♀️ I’m planning on taking today as a rest day as I unpack, clean & detox a bit. I’m not going to sweat the extra lbs bc I want to be able to enjoy guilt free vacations. I did work out 9 of 10 day so BALANCE & Lifestyle 😉 Tomorrow IT IS ONNNNN!

Halani Lobdell: Hey Frances! Don’t beat yourself up. I can guarantee most of the 4lbs is water weight. As soon as you get moving again those pounds will fall off.

Michel Thompson : Great job! Orange Theory is fun except for the treadmill😭. I ran track in my younger days so using a treadmill is difficult for me. Love their row machines. I might join again🤔

Frances Hunt: _Thompson I’m ehhhhh about it. It was ok but I can’t imagine doing it continuously. I wasn’t into the row machine but that’s likely bc it was my first time using one so didn’t really know how. I’m Returning tomorrow before I head home.
