Farrah Murray: I'm doing fasting 16:8. I've tried portion control, 2 shakes,2 snacks, and a meal and both I feel starved...especially when I'm consistent with working out 4+ days a week. I would like to portion control but would like more "filling meals. Excited for your suggestions!
