Michel Thompson : Breakfast: Oatmeal with almond milk, protein powder, collagen powder, cinnamon, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, strawberries & blueberries. All of that was mixed in my oatmeal bowl.🤣 Lunch: Tuna sandwich with Jamaican bread, handful of hot cheetos. Dinner: Vegan meal from Veestros because I forgot to cancel my subscription so it was delivered today.🤷🏽♀️ 2 gala apples with almond butter

Donna Corley: I thank Halani Lobdell for being transparent. Doing so open up a self challenge that turned into something special! This came at a time in my personal life that I needed it the most. I had gained all my weight back I worked to get rid of. It was slightly depressing. The support and info Ive received this past mth was much needed/appreciated. I did not meet my personal goal (lbs lost), BUT let me tell you I meet soo many other goals (weekly meal prep, consistent daily workouts, cutting sweets and soda I can go in and on). I am SOOO ready for round 2! Hope to see you all continue! 🖤💪🏾🖤💪🏾

VIA: Ha ha so true. Do not let the Weekend be your WEAK end. Stay focused. It has been crazy for me but the gains are there and I've been on it. Consistency is key. We are almost done with 30 days let's get it. 🦾🦾
