Hey challengers I did it and conquered Super late start I'm a 4 am gym rat with my having two jobs and here it is 330pm and I just finished I made it so not like me had a killer migraine this morning and Only had 2 hour sleep so on my lunch break I did Brodney workout Monday is my GLUTE day so perfect addition Follow me on IG tassia85 I post my workouts a lot. All right my meal prep is done it is 313 I can enjoy my Sunday I will be eating like this for the last week as I complete my 90 day Glute camp too many carbs for me typically make a protein shake and breakfast in the morning not pictured which will be oatmeal with a banana or egg white omelette with turkey bacon

A good start the week tip
I do fasted cardio only on Sunday either hike or treadmill here my treadmill regiment i just did
1. 15 incline walk 2 min at 4.5 speed
2 sprint 1 minute starting at 8.0 speed increasing .2 to you reach 10 speed x12 basically
Repeat 12x
A good calories burn and 4 miles letβs get This 30 day challenge started right !!
