What’s for breakfast today? I’ve recently become obsessed with overnight oats. I make mine with almond milk & Kroger brand Carb Masters Yogurt.

It’s Monday!! How are you starting your week? I have had an extremely busy weekend that’s spilled over to today 🙃
I’m going to get a quick workout in this morning then get my errands done. I also committed to starting a strict meal plan today too! I gotta refocus & get back on track. Today is my new day 1.
